Yes — you can return any unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Just email support@ypets.co.uk and our team will assist you.

We currently focus on the UK and EU regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery times. Worldwide shipping will be added soon!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also contact us if you experience any issues with tracking.

Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return once you receive it.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do? +
